Blue Hat Middle East is an independent company based in Dubai, UAE. We have been providing trenchless technology, training and consultancy across the Middle East since 2003. Initially, we started training businesses to use Ground Penetrating Radar equipment. Since then, we have introduced pipe cleaning and rehabilitation products to specialist sectors within the construction industry.

We provide no-dig, trenchless technology solutions.
Where there is a need to clean, fix or unblock a drain or pipe, we can provide the tools. If you need to locate underground utilities, we can offer Ground Penetrating Radar services in the form of technology, consultancy and training.
Ultimately, we’re here to support your surveying and pipe rehabilitation needs. Our consultancy services will guide you with industry experience and expertise regarding specialist underground utility locating products and survey planning advice.
WHY 'BLUE HAT'?
The first part of our name, ‘Blue Hat’, derived from our UK based business, Blue Hat Services. The term Blue Hat typically refers to an ethical hacker, however in this instance it has a different meaning. Colin Tickle, who is the business owner and founder, was fond of a series of children’s books in the UK called ‘Mr Men’. One of the characters in the ‘Mr Men’ series is called Mr Tickle and he wears a blue hat - and this is where we get our name and family orientation from.
Moving on from children’s books, we feel that the Blue Hat Business has a set of strong values and a fair and ethical customer care approach.
